Our goal at La Bella Vita is to pull together all the details of YOUR event so you can have the best day ever. We take care of all the extra tasks so you, your family, and your friends are free to enjoy the day.

Full Planning

Unsure on where to start? Overwhelmed by which tasks to tackle first or what venues and vendors are out there and fit your style and budget? For full planning, design consulting, creative ideas, rehearsal, and day-of coordination, we will make sure all aspects of your event are covered and hold your hand each step of the way. You simply tell us how you want your day to look and feel, then show up and enjoy. Full planning also includes helping select your venue, hiring your vendors, designing all print materials, and implementation of your event concept, timeline, budget, and logistics. This means we will be by your side every step of the way to make sure all details are implemented, and your vision comes to fruition. This includes frequent communication with you, updating and maintaining your wedding Task List and Budget, payment reminders, and attending scouting meetings with you to help make each detailed decision throughout the process. Rehearsal and wedding/event day coordination included.

Full Planning Services: $3750

Partial Planning

For partial planning, we act as your support system. You will be given a detailed Task List and budget assistance so you can monitor your payments and progress. We will send you a list of vendor and venue recommendations based on your unique wedding style and budget, and we will review contracts and help you book each vendor. We will answer any and all questions from the day you begin planning. Rehearsal and wedding/event day coordination included.

Partial Planning Services: $2200

Wedding Weekend Coordinating
For wedding weekend coordinating, we will act as liaison with the venue, vendors, couple, and other necessary parties to ensure that your plans are carried out seamlessly. Our services for your wedding weekend include:

· Consultation with bride and groom

· Unlimited phone/email communication

· Supervision of set-up, décor, and details on both the wedding day and rehearsal day

· Day-of implementation of ceremony and reception details and run-of-show

· Supervision of the entire day’s events from start to finish based on timeline

· Unlimited hours on the wedding weekend (2 days)

· Discreetly handle any problems that may arise

· Confirm all vendors in the weeks leading up to your event

· Create a detailed day-of timeline for both ceremony and reception, according to your preferences

· Coordination of timeline with all vendors in the weeks prior to your event 

Wedding Weekend Services: $950 

A-la-carte Services:

  · $250 – Confirm all vendors, create a detailed day-of timeline for both ceremony and reception (according to your preferences), coordinate and communicate timeline with vendors prior to the wedding weekend

· $250 - Rehearsal coordination and assistance, including adjustment of timeline as needed

· $300+ - for night-of or day-after clean-up of venue, return of rentals/personal items, etc.

· $150 - Timeline Creation only

· $50+ - Invitation Assistance/Design

· $200+ for Decor Assistance and Design

· $200+ for Vendor Assistance

· $50/hr - Bridal Coaching

· Wedding-related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, etc. can be done and will be charged on an as-needed basis.

All services require a $500 or 50% deposit (whichever is less) and signed contract to secure your dates (applied to your total package and non-refundable), and packages must be paid in full by 60 days prior to the first day of your event.
 

Please let us know if we need to work out a payment plan to fit your needs. In this case, packages must be paid in full by 4 weeks prior to your event.

Travel expenses for weddings more than 100 miles from my home are not included in this pricing and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
